Pirates Cove Adventure Golf, Courtown Super bowl, The Fun Caves.Pirate's Cove in Courtown is the location of Ireland's first Adventure Golf Course. Adventure Golf is played on carpeted 'Greens' which are 35 - 40 feet long and each of the 18 greens has different features and characteristics. Three of them are inside full-sized caves, complete with dripping water and stalagmites.
The wrecked Pirate Ship forms another green, one is under a waterfall and another in the Skull Cave under a small lake with it's Dungeon, where the pirates stored their brandy and booty. At night the Shipwreck, Caves, Bridges and Waterfalls are lit with low level lighting that reflects off the foliage and dancing water to create a truly magical experience.
The Lagoon Restaurant near the reception in the main building is elevated and overlooks the Golf Course. The Menu is designed with families in mind and children are well catered for. Outside the restaurant there is a Patio Water-Garden, where one can enjoy an Al Fresco meal in the sun.
Pirate's Cove is also the location for Wexford's first & largest Ten-Pin Bowling Centre. There are six lanes of the most modern bowling equipment with fully computerised scoring.
The latest attraction at Pirates Cove are the Fun Caves. Designed for the three to ten year olds, there are ball-pools, slides, tube crawls, tunnels, fun mirrors, aerial gliders and a bouncing castle.
The play area is completely padded for safety and is supervised.
